Our philosophy
A $3,000 Faucet Deserves
Better Than a $99 Install
Luxury fixtures fail at the installation, not in the box. Misaligned valves, over-torqued stone, missing service loops. We’ve been called to undo all of it. When we install, we install like the fixture is ours and the home is our mother’s.
Bath & Shower
Thermostatic shower systems, rain heads, body sprays, freestanding tubs and floor-mounted fillers, with valve depth and trim alignment perfect to the millimeter.
Kitchen & Bar
Pro-style bridge faucets, pot fillers, instant-hot systems, filtered taps and disposals, integrated cleanly with stone and cabinetry.
Smart & Specialty
Smart toilets, bidet seats, leak-detection shutoff valves, touchless faucets, installed, connected and actually programmed.
The standard
What "Installed Properly" Means Here
- Fixture inspected & parts verified before any demo
- Quarter-turn shutoff valves fitted at every install
- Supply lines rated for the fixture, never bargain-bin braid
- Stone & tile drilled with the correct bits, taped & cooled
- Torque by feel and spec: snug, sealed, never crushed
- Aerators flushed, finish polished, protective film removed
Good questions
Asked & Answered
Can you install fixtures I purchased myself?
Gladly, including designer and imported pieces. We inspect the fixture on arrival, flag any missing valves or adapters before demo begins, and stand behind our installation workmanship regardless of where the fixture was purchased.
Do you install freestanding tubs?
Yes. Freestanding tub and floor-mounted filler installations are precision work: blocking, drain alignment and stone-drilling have zero tolerance for error. It is some of our favorite work, and it shows.
What about smart toilets and bidet seats?
We install them weekly (Toto, Kohler, Duravit and others), including the outlet, water supply and seat programming, so you get the full experience, not a half-connected gadget.
Why do my new fixtures already have spots?
Phoenix hard water. Mineral-laden droplets etch polished nickel, matte black and glass within months. A whole-home softener is the protection plan for fine finishes. See our water treatment page.
