Hot Water Is a Luxury.
Treat It Like One.
Nothing announces a plumbing company’s standards like its water heater installs: the straightness of the venting, the drip leg on the gas line, the dielectric unions, the pan and drain done right. Ours look like they belong in a showroom, because in the homes we serve, they practically are.
- Traditional tank replacement: 40, 50 & 75 gallon
- Tankless installation, conversion & annual descaling
- Hot water recirculation loops for instant hot water
- Expansion tanks, PRVs & code corrections included in the quote
- Same-day replacement in most cases
Know the signs
When It’s Time
Age 8+
Phoenix hard water shortens tank life to 6–10 years. Past year eight, every month is borrowed time, and tanks rarely fail politely.
Rumbling & Popping
Steam fighting through hardened sediment. The tank is overworking, your gas bill knows it, and the liner is wearing thin.
Rusty or Lukewarm
Brown-tinged hot water or heat that fades fast means the anode rod is spent and corrosion has moved to the tank itself.
Moisture at the Base
A weeping tank never heals. Replace it on your schedule, not at 2 AM on the day it lets go over your floors.
Good questions
Asked & Answered
How long does a water heater installation take?
A straightforward tank swap is typically done in 2–4 hours. A tank-to-tankless conversion runs 4–8 hours depending on gas line and venting changes. Either way, you have hot water again the same day.
Tank or tankless, which should I choose?
Tankless wins on lifespan (15–20 years), endless hot water and space. Tanks win on upfront cost and simplicity. In Phoenix’s hard water, tankless units need annual descaling to keep their warranty; we offer that service. For most higher-end homes we lean tankless, honestly sized for your simultaneous demand.
Do you haul away the old water heater?
Always. Removal, haul-away and disposal are included, and the install area is left cleaner than we found it.
Will you pull permits for the installation?
Yes, wherever the jurisdiction requires it. Permits protect you at resale and keep your insurance clean. Skipping them is a corner we do not cut.
